Telma Holmes is the Operations Manager of the CDFI Fund and oversees the management of the Fund's infrastructure, including human resources, acquisitions, property, equipment, space logistics, safety, travel, and training. Mr. Daniel Aiello is the Program Manager for the Capital Magnet Fund (CMF). Prior to becoming Program Manager, he served as CMF Associate Program Manager. In that role, he managed the Capital Magnet Fund funding round, including drafting funding notices, application materials, and program policies; developing review processes and criteria; and overseeing the development of the necessary IT systems.
