Associate Administrator for Capital Access
U.S. Small Business Administration
William Manger is the Associate Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Capital Access, which provides funding through banks and other lending partners to small businesses that cannot otherwise obtain loans. As Associate Administrator, Mr. Manger manages a $120 billion portfolio of direct and guaranteed loans, nine operation centers, and 560 employees of the Office of Capital Access. Prior to his current position, he served as Managing Director at Brock Capital Group, a boutique investment bank in New York City, where he advised and supported small to medium-sized enterprises in their efforts to raise capital and expand their businesses. Mr. Manger received a BA from Trinity College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
