On April 11, 2024, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) and Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity (OCRE) conducted a live webinar to assist organizations in understanding the requirements of the CDFI Fund’s Title VI Compliance Worksheet. This webinar covered the elements of the Worksheet, including Civil Rights Complaints, Notice of Rights, Language Assistance Plan, Sub-Recipient Communication and Board Composition. There was also a live Question and Answer session at the end of the webinar.

Today, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) opened the fiscal year (FY) 2024 funding round for the Bank Enterprise Award Program (BEA Program). Application materials are now available on the BEA Program page of the CDFI Fund’s website in anticipation of the publication of the FY 2024 Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA) in the Federal Register on April 29, 2024.

The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) has published a Compliance Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document for the CDFI Equitable Recovery Program (CDFI ERP). This document helps to answer commonly asked compliance questions regarding the CDFI ERP Assistance Agreement. The CDFI ERP Compliance FAQ also incorporates the previously released CDFI ERP Demographic Data Guidance. Recipients are strongly encouraged to review their respective CDFI ERP Assistance Agreement for specific details.
