It's so great that you are here in Washington, D.C. - the home of the CDFI Fund. We are excited to have you in our backyard, and to engage with as many of you as possible.

Good afternoon, Chairman Tester, Vice Chairman Barrasso, and distinguished members of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs. My name is Dennis Nolan, and I am the Acting Director of the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund).
