Step 1: Application Process
The Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA), application instructions, and supplemental materials for the FY 2023 Round of the BEA Program are provided below. These materials are intended to help applicants understand how to apply for a BEA Program award.

APPLICATION WEBINARS
The CDFI Fund is conducting two live webinars to provide applicants with an overview of the FY 2023 BEA Program application and a forum to ask questions. Advance registration is not required to participate in the webinars. Please access the webinars, using the links provided below, at least five minutes prior to the beginning of the webinar.

The CDFI Fund also made available a pre-recorded webinar to demonstrate the electronic application submission process in AMIS. This is in addition to the comprehensive instruction manual posted below to guide applicants through the technical aspects of using AMIS to complete their electronic applications. Applicants should use this AMIS Training Manual for FY 2023 BEA Program Applicants as a reference when completing its electronic application in AMIS.
