Reminder: Submit Your FY 2024 CDFI Program or NACA Program Application by February 15, 2024!

As a reminder for fiscal year (FY) 2024 Community Development Financial Institutions Program (CDFI Program) and Native American CDFI Assistance Program (NACA Program) Applicants, the deadline for online submission of the remaining Application materials through the CDFI Fund’s Awards Management Information System (AMIS) is February 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET.  To ensure a successful Application submission, the CDFI Fund encourages all FY 2024 Applicants to submit Applications as early as possible.

Please note you must also submit your completed Title VI worksheet through AMIS by February 15, 2024 in order to complete and submit your CDFI and/or NACA Applications by the deadline. See important reminders about the Title VI Compliance Worksheet below.

Additionally, the deadline for non-certified organizations (organizations that are currently not Certified Community Development Financial Institutions) that are applying for a Financial Assistance award to submit their CDFI Certification Application in AMIS is March 5, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Title VI Compliance Worksheet Reminder: Title VI Compliance Worksheets are also due with your Application in AMIS by 11:59 PM ET on February 15, 2024. Title VI Compliance Worksheets must be for the calendar year the Application is submitted. For example, if you submitted your Application on or before December 31, 2023, you should have attached a 2023 Title VI Compliance Worksheet to your Application. If you submitted or intend to submit your Application on or after January 1, 2024, you should attach a 2024 Title VI Worksheet to your Application. Instructions on completing a Title VI Compliance Worksheet are available on the CDFI Fund's website.

Reminder for Depository Institution Holding Company (DIHC) Applicants: DIHC Applicants who intend to carry out the activities of the award through a subsidiary bank must also submit a Title VI Compliance Worksheet for the subsidiary bank in AMIS by 11:59 PM ET on February 15, 2024. Please note: It is not possible to attach the subsidiary bank’s Title VI Compliance Worksheet directly to the Application. The Title VI Compliance Worksheet for an Applicant’s subsidiary bank must be completed (for the calendar year the Application is submitted) in the subsidiary’s Organization Profile in AMIS. If the required Title VI Compliance Worksheet for a DIHC’s subsidiary bank is not completed, the Application may be deemed ineligible.
