CDFI Fund Customer Experience Surveys
The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) is committed to improving the services that we provide to our Award Recipients. This commitment includes collecting customer feedback and making measured improvements based on that feedback.
The U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) established guidance to improve the delivery of government services through Circular A-11. As part of implementing Circular A-11, OMB has designated the CDFI Fund as a High Impact Service Provider (HISP). HISPs are selected due to the scale and critical nature of their public facing services. Going forward, the CDFI Fund will conduct annual assessments of their reporting services and identify actions to improve service delivery.
Beginning in March 2024, upon submission of a Performance Progress Report or a Uses of Award Report, CDFI Fund award recipients will be offered the option to complete a brief, anonymous survey on their reporting experience. Additional surveys will be deployed in the future covering other required reports.
We are requesting CDFI Fund award recipients to complete these surveys. The surveys will provide valuable information for the CDFI Fund to ease the recipient’s reporting experience, reduce recipient reporting burden, and improve CDFI Fund reporting systems.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
